Alice Helen Mergele Kinnear, 92, of Beaumont went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2008 at The Clairmont in Beaumont.
She was born August 1, 1915, in New Braunfels, Texas, raised in Austin, TX and has lived in Beaumont since 1943.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years Robert C. Kinnear, Sr. of Beaumont, a daughter Helen Diane Kinnear of Houston, TX, and a son Robert C. Kinnear, Jr. and his wife the Rev. Vivian Y. Kinnear of The Woodlands, TX.
Also surviving her is a sister Ms. Ruby Bridges of Grandbury, TX and her daughters Ms. Nancy Hendrix, Ms. Betty Mosebrook, and Ms. Barbara McTaggart, three grandchildren Mrs. Blake-Leigh Jackson and her husband Wade of Victoria, TX, Stanton Kinnear of Rockwall, TX, Mrs. Angela Hosler and her husband A. J. of Conroe, TX, three great grandchildren Parker Jackson, Noah and Carter Ramsey, and other nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 4445 Pershing St., Beaumont, TX 77705-5234.
