Graveside services for Alma Lois (Frederick) Counce, 94, of Sour Lake will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Rosedale Cemetery in Sour Lake.
Mrs. Counce was born October 23, 1922 in Sour Lake, Texas and passed away December 3, 2016 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Sour Lake where she taught Sunday School and was a proud member of the BYKOTA Sunday School Class.
She is survived by two daughters, Darla Wimberly and husband, A. H. “Buddy”, of Sour Lake, Patty Counce of Dallas; grandson, Chad Wimberly and wife, Tonya, of Corinth, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Alvin and Dovie Frederick, and beloved husband of 62 years, Walter Forrest “Bubba” Counce.
