Angela "Angie" Taylor Strong, 51, of Orange, died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Gary Wheeler, with First United Pentecostal Church in Orange. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Bridge City.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Angie was born on September 3, 1958, in Orange, Texas. She was the daughter of Clarence Leon Taylor and Yvonne Tarver Bornette.

Angie was a housewife, and loved working on her family genealogy.

Angie was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Strong; and brother, Steven L. Taylor.

She is survived by her two step sons; step daughter; and brother and sister-in-law, Boyd and Karen Taylor, of Orangefield.

Serving as pallbearers will be Stephen Taylor, James L. Strong, Sr., Perry Rice, Billy Higginbotham, Ronald Higginbotham, Randall Wise, and Matt Fogarty.
