Born on September 15, 1949, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Lou lived a life filled with love, laughter, and adventure. She was the daughter of Ellington Frederick Elliott and Anna Lee Elliot. Lou dedicated her professional life to working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before enjoying a well-earned retirement. Her career was not merely a job but a calling that she embraced with dedication and expertise. In her retirement, she pursued her passions with zeal—traveling extensively, especially to Mexico, where she cherished the vibrant culture and warm weather. An avid snow skier, Lou found exhilaration on the slopes each winter, relishing the beauty of nature and the thrill of the sport.

Lou also had a deep appreciation for the water, often taking trips on her yacht, where she enjoyed the serenity and joy that came with being on the open ocean. She had a penchant for driving her convertibles, embracing the freedom and thrill of the road. Known for her unique interests, Lou was proud of her Cherokee Indian heritage and had a remarkable collection of Rhino figurines, each with its own story and significance.

Throughout her life, Lou was a devoted wife and shared a deep, enduring love with her husband, Greg. Their bond was evident in everything they did together, filled with laughter, support, and unwavering companionship. They spent a wonderful 55 years together. Lou held the title of "Nana" with great pride, showering her grandkids with affection and support. Her love for her pugs was evident, as they were not only pets but cherished companions who brought happiness into her home.

Lou possessed a green thumb and found solace in her beautiful gardens, spending countless hours nurturing her plants and flowers, which flourished under her care. The legacy Lou leaves behind is one filled with joyful memories, a love for life, and an unwavering spirit that will continue to inspire those who had the privilege to know her. She will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ellington Frederick Elliott and Anna Lee Elliot.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Greg Anderson; her sons, William Shaun Anderson and his wife Baylee and Ryan Gregory Anderson and his wife Susan; her grandchildren, Riley Marie Anderson, Savannah Anderson, Natalie Anderson, and Rachel Anderson; her sibling, Frederick Ellenton Elliott and his wife Theresa, and Donna Sue Campbell and her husband Glen; and numerous nieces and nephew and other loving family and friends,
