Funeral services for Arlene Coleman, 48, of Beaumont will be held Friday, Dec. 5, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arlene was born October 5, 1966 in Kountze, Texas to the late Jesse James and Murrell Arlean (Jacks) Baker. She passed away December 1, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She had resided in Beaumont for 23 years.

Arlene was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Scottie Wayne Coleman, Sr.; sons, Scottie Wayne Coleman, Jr. and wife, Amber, Travis Coleman; daughter, Casey Greathouse and husband, Kyle; grandchildren, Carly Coleman, Jesse Coleman, Skylar Coleman, Kyle Greathouse, Jr., Kassidy Greathouse; brother, David Baker; and sister, Carolyn Conner.

My heart hurts for the family of Arlene. I met Arlene at M&D Supply when we both worked there. I remember I thought she was such a strong and wonderful Mother & Grandmother and admired how she cared about her family so much. Scotty text me and said to me that he knows Arlene is in Heaven now.
