Atlas "Coon" Vincent, 88, a former resident of Bridge City, passed away March 17, 2008, at Hemphill Nursing Home in Hemphill, TX.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 30, 2008, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Bridge City. Officiating will be Mary Hartman.

He is survived by his wife, Virgie, son, Jerry Vincent and daughter, Sandra Trahan and husband LeRay of Hemphill; sister, Mary McKenzie of Orange; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
