Barbara Jean Marie, 66, of Vidor, Texas, passed away on December 9, 2020 in Beaumont.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2020, at The Faith Assembly of God in Vidor.

Visitation will be held prior to the service on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. at the church.

Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, on August 21, 1954, she was the daughter of Robert Vernon Dunnam and Florita Dunnam (Bigot). Barbara was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She worked for many years as a teacher at Faith Christian Academy in Vidor. Barbara loved her children and grandchildren and they adored her. She was a very faithful Christian woman. Barbara attended The Faith Assembly in Vidor and the House of Prayer Holiness in Mauriceville. She enjoyed listening to gospel music and sewing. Barbara played the piano, organ, guitar, and she was a beautiful singer. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed dearly.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Travis Marie, Sr.; parents, Robert and Florita Dunnam; sister, Tammy Pol; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Gabriel Marie.

She is survived by her children, Mellissa Marie of Vidor, Texas, Travis Marie, Jr. and his wife Victoria Janise of Vidor, Texas, Mark Allen Marie and his wife Brandy of Colorado and Aaron Marie and his wife Jennifer of Vidor, Texas; grandchildren, Cheyenne Loftin, Davin Cardona, Logan Loftin, Kailie Cardona, Chloe Pate, Dylan Marie, Nathan Pate, Alana Marie, Garison Marie, Presleigh Marie, Wyatt Marie; great-grandchild, Carson Rose.

Serving as pallbearers will be Davin Cardona, Dylan Marie, Charles Sterling Marie, Steven Marie, Logan Loftin, and Brad Moss. Honorary pallbearers will be Garison Marie and Nathan Pate.
