Beverly ?Bev? Pitre Gill, 76, of Orange passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 11, 2011 at First Baptist Church in Orangefield. Reverend Forrest Wood will be officiating. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Sour Lake.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday at the church.
Mrs. Gill was born October 4, 1934 in Opelousas, LA to Matthew Vernon Pitre and Emma Jean Fontenot Gill. She was an active member at First Baptist Church of Orangefield where she was a part of the Sterling Silver Seniors.
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Romona Faith Duplechain and two grandchildren.
?Bev? is survived by her daughter, Beverly Joan Fairley Broussard; sons, Nair Matthew Fairley and wife, Colleen, Kelly Gawain Fairley and wife, Brenda, William Morton Fairley II and Shannon Shea Fairley; fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and her sister, Carolyn Faith Smith.
