Billie Jean Harvey Black was born August 4, 1930 in Nacogdoches, TX and passed away September 12, 2011 in Beaumont.

Visitation will begin at 11:30 AM ? 1:30PM on Thursday, September 15 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. A procession will go to Magnolia Cemetery for a graveside service at 2:00 PM.

Prior to moving to Beaumont, she and her husband, Don Black lived in Crystal Beach, TX.

Mrs. Black is survived by her loving husband, Don Black Sr.; son, Neal Kerr Jr. and wife Susan, Tyler, TX; grandchildren, Josh Kerr, Lindsey Kerr and Matt Kerr; stepson, Don C. Black Jr. and stepdaughter, Beth Black. Billie is preceded in death by her first husband, Neal Kerr Sr., her daughter, Carey Kerr and her parents
