Bonnie Eloise Rush Milam passed away on October 3, 2008 after reaching the milestone age of 100. She was born in Anahuac, Texas to Cosby C. and Mary Alice Farris Rush.
She married her husband, Mason Thomas Milam, on June 1, 1933. He preceded her in death on August 18, 1991. Also preceding her in death are her parents and five brothers, Jeff Farris, Theodore Frank, Clyde Cosby, Ward Digby, and Henry Hugh. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Marion Joe "Bucky" Milam and his wife Sharon; grandchildren, Mason Jane Milam and husband, Patrick Munte, Lena Conway Milam and husband, Hart Faber, and Benjamin Rush Milam; great-grandchildren, Maren Jane Munte and Sophie Eloise and Katya Grace Faber; and sisters, Alice Lenore Rush Wall and Vera Irene Rush Macon.

A memorial service will take place October 25, 2008 at First United Methodist Church, Beaumont at 10:00 a.m.
