Brent John Guillot passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2009.

Brent was born on December 21, 1970, in Beaumont, Texas. He was an avid outdoorsman, with true love of hunting and fishing. Brent grew up in Bridge City and was a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, where he received a Medical Technology degree. Brent was a resident of Austin where he enjoyed a successful career and worked at the Austin Regional Clinic. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Brent is survived by his parents, Michael and Cindy Guillot; brother, John Guillot and wife Ana; sister, Holly Guillot Simmons and husband Jeff; and two nieces, Ava Mercer and Peyton Welch.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening starting at 6:00 p.m. followed with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 28, at 10:00 a.m. at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange with Father Steven Leger of St. Henry Catholic Church in Bridge City serving as celebrant.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery in Port Arthur.

Donations in lieu of flowers on Brent's behalf can be made to St. Henry's Catholic Church for a special memorial mass.
