Carol Lynn McClain, 70, of the Woodlands was born January 31, 1945 in N. Little Rock, Arkansas to Fred and Evie (Shock) Gilliland and passed away November 5, 2015 in the Woodlands. A resident of the Woodlands for the past two years, she was a former longtime resident of Beaumont where she owned and operated the Yellow Rose Property Management Company.

She is survived by her sons; Jeffrey Goodman, Eric McClain and wife, Mirlinda; grandchildren, Darren, Olivia, Sophia and Amelia McClain; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Christine Hicks.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Evie Gilliland and sister, Helen Fisher.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home.
