Carolyn Jean Chance Brones Martin, 54, died, Monday, June 4, 2007 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2007, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Charles Miller of First Baptist Church in Groves.
A visitation will be held Thursday, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Carolyn was born December 22, 1952 to Robert Lee and Gladis Gloriene Willis Chance.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her father.
Carolyn is survived by her Mother, Gladis Chance of Hartburg, TX ; her daughter, Stacy Woodward and husband Willie of Orangefield; her son, Kenneth Brones, Jr. and wife Melissa of Orange; five grandchildren ; Robert Martin, Brendon Brones,
Carleen Ferran, Albanie Calais, and Calie Brones.
She is also survived by her sister, Gloria Phillips and husband Mike of Hartburg, TX; her brothers, Weldon Chance and wife Phyllis of Orange, Robert Chance and wife Betty Sue of Deweyville, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers are; Robert Cormier, Mickey Brones, Chris Ford, Kenneth Brones, Sr., and Patrick Stanley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Willie Woodward and Will Woodson.
