Charles Parker Marshall, Jr., 86, died August 3, 2007, at The Meadows of Orange.

He was born in Cairo, IL, to Ruby and Charles Parker Marshall, Sr.

He was employed by Gulf Oil Refinery, Port Arthur, for 32 years before retiring to the six-mile addition of Toledo Bend Lake.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Hilda Marshall; a daughter Kathleen Soliz; a grandson Michael Soliz; two great grandsons; one sister Mary Jane Sienkiewicz of Houston.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, and at Mr. Marshall?s request, no services are planned.
