Chloe Verne Brindley - Labrie-Claybar

Chloe Verne Brindley, 93, was born to Jimmy and Inez Jackson Chumbley in Klondike, TX and passed away January 12, 2013 in Beaumont.

Graveside service will take place at 1:30 PM, Wednesday, January 16 at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6000 R.L. Thornton Freeway Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX.

Chloe is survived by her brothers, Raymond Chumbley and wife, Norma of Beaumont, TX and Dan Claude Chumbley of Garland, TX. Chloe was very close to her nieces and nephews; David Chumbley, Lloyd Chumbley, Linda Woodard, Mary Jo Puro, Kaye Cooper and Leeda Wideman and 20 other great nieces and nephews. She lived for her family and they all were the light of her life.

Gone before Chloe to be with their heavenly father are Olin Porter Brindley, her husband of 46 years, before he passed away July 30, 2000; her father, Jimmy J. Chumbley; her mother, Inez Ruth Jackson Chumbley and her brother, G.A. Buddy Chumbley.

Aunt Chloe loved Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She loved her church family and missed being in the Lord's House with them. She delighted in her family.
