Claude James Viator, 40, of Bridge City, died Thursday, January 29, 2009, in Orange.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday at Claybar Funeral Home Bridge City.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 2, 2009, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Reverend Paul Zoch.

Claude was born on February 18, 1968 in Port Arthur. He was the son of Fred and Joyce Viator. He worked as a Boilermaker and enjoyed riding motorcycles and boating.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Joyce Viator.

Claude is survived by his wife, Sherry Viator; sons, Jody Viator of Lumberton, Aaron Viator of Belle Chasse, LA, and Bryson Viator of Bridge City; and grandchild, Kaden Viator.

He is also survived by his brothers, Freddy Viator and wife, Tina, Victor Viator and wife, Kathy, and Blain Viator and wife, Kathy all of Bridge City; and sisters, Jan Brown and husband, O.D., Theresa Babineaux and husband, Karlin both of Bridge City, and Zilda Viator of Orange; and numerous nieces and nephews.
