Delbert R. Straw, 53, was born December 30, 1959 in Iowa to Delbert R. and Mary Straw and passed away July 10, 2013 in Nederland, TX. Mr. Straw worked with Patriot Security as a security officer. He served his country in Iraq with the US Army.

Delbert is survived by his wife, Darla; daughters, Shannon and Molly Straw; one brother; two sisters and a host of friends. He will be greatly missed by his family and his friends.

A graveside service will take place at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, July 31 at Broussard Cemetery in Fannette, TX. Pastor Darrell McCoy of First Pentecostal Church in Pt. Arthur will officiate. A gathering of friends and family will be from 12:00 Noon until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 30 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home.
