Delia Justice Conner, 70, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on August 11, 2022, in, Beaumont, Texas.

Funeral services will be 11:00am, Friday, August 19, 2022, at Claybar Kelly-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas. Burial will follow at Haven of Rest in Beaumont, Texas.

Visitation will be from 10:00am, Friday, August 19, 2022, at Claybar Kelly-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.

Born in Beaumont, Texas, on September 24, 1951, she was the daughter of Charles and Tomasa Bernal. Delia was a fun and outgoing person who absolutely loved life. She never sat in one place for very long, and you could often find her outside working. Delia was always supportive of her family, looked out for everyone and never met a stranger. Delia owned D And J Air-Conditioning And Heating which later became C And J Air-Conditioning And Heating. The business served the community for over 20 years. She showed love and kindness wherever she could. Delia was truly loved and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Tomasa Bernal; her husband, Guy Justice; her siblings, Richard Bernal, Alice White, Charles Bernal; and her brother-in-law, Calvin Bourque.

She is survived by her siblings, Wanda Gressett and husband Harold, Sarah Bernal, Rebecca Carpenter, Betty Jean Harris and husband Felton, Fernando Bernal and wife Linda, Randy Bernal and wife Mandy, Arthur Bernal, and Anna Bourque; and numerus loving nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brandy Taylor, Micheal Taylor, Marquel Taylor, Stan Bernal, Fernando Bernal, Arthur Bernal Jr, Leonard Gressett, and Ronny Gandhi.
