We were all so sorry to hear of your loss, Jenny. As our across-the-street neighbor for nearly 10 years, we grew to really love Mrs. Baxter, especially after the birth of our son almost 5 years ago. Mrs. Baxter was always so anxious to visit with Beckham on her and Jenny's walks in the evenings with Nomi, and the feeling was definitely mutual. Beckham would often look out the front window, ready to run outside as soon as he would see Mrs. Baxter, Jenny, and the dog ready for their evening stroll. Truly one of the best neighbors our young family could have had for so many years. We are truly going to miss you, Mrs. Baxter. Our thoughts and prayers for you, Jenny, and the rest of your family during this time. Love, Amber, Shannon, & Beckham Woodard

I will surely miss my Aunt Diane.... and the many phone calls we shared in solving all of our problems....she had a solution for everything. I thank God for sharing her with us and will see her again.... Sherri

My deepest sympathies to Jenny, Becky and the extended family. Diane was a longtime friend, even though we had been out of touch for years. She will be missed by all who knew her. Don Jacobs

Someone asked me a couple of months who my role model was and I answered "Diane Baxter. She's a loving, intelligent, fair-dealing lady." But it goes far beyond that. She is someone that I'll always hold in great esteem and who taught me a lot about grace. I don't think she ever realized how impressionable she was on me or how much I love her and Jenny, even though I didn't keep in touch as often as I should have. She is dearly missed.
