Dianne Finley Ross

Dianne Finley Ross, 74, of Orange, died Saturday, January 21, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Bob Webb, Eric Small and Matt Chandler. Burial will follow at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home.

Born in Shubuta, Mississippi on January 21, 1938, Dianne was the daughter of Samuel Claude Finley and Mae Ollie Davis. She was a charter member of Trinity Baptist Church in Orange.

Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Ross and daughter, Shannon Renee Ross, Dianne is survived by her son, Leslie Ross and wife, Sharon of Orange; daughter, Karla Small and husband, Eric of Woodlake; six grandchildren, Krystina Tran and husband, Alex, Karlee Chandler and husband, Matt, Kristie Walton and husband, Matt, Ross Small, Kalli Small, and Samuel Ross; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Don Harmon Finley; and sister-in-law, Ruth Walters.

Serving as Pallbearers will be her grandchildren and their spouses.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southeast Texas Hospice, 912 West Cherry Avenue, Orange, Texas 77630 or Trinity Baptist Church, 1408 West Park Avenue, Orange, Texas 77630.
