For the last 5 years I have had the good luck to have the best neighbor one could have Don Stone, always friendly, soft spoken, and ready to help. When we first moved in Don was kind enough to loan me tools I did not have. One day I locked myself out and went next door , Don gathered up the tools and he and I managed to open the door with out causing a lot of damage. Don loved yard work and taught me how, and when to work his magic! Carol Don will be missed and you and your family are in our prayers. Your neighbor Larry Jones

To Carol and the Family, Don was one of a kind. He was smart, quiet and had an unassuming nature. He knew insurance law and was an expert. When I first started working as an adjuster in the 90's, he could always be counted on to teach me the correct way of handling claims. He, along with Paul, Gary and Turner and others helped to train me. Those were the good ole days. Our jobs were serious, but somehow with the mixture of their personalities, I could get through the day laughing and enjoying the workplace. Don will be missed. Please know that he made a wonderful impact on my life. Blessings Cheryl Lynch

I grew up in Don’s home. He and his family were my second family for many years. One of my fondest memories includes him walking through the door just after 5:00p from work Monday through Friday being greeted by Carol with a glass of tea and everyone getting to the table for dinner. It was clockwork tradition, one I immensely enjoyed because he always made me feel welcomed and part of the family. He was a quiet, unassuming man, but he had a wonderful, unexpected sense of humor. I will always remember him fondly, and I’m grateful for the role he played in my youth. God bless the Stone Family Carolyn Bynum
