Edna Lee Davis, 88, of Orange, died March 17, 2010, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Bobby Granger of West Orange Christian Church. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

Edna was born on December 31, 1921, in Quanah, Texas. She was the daughter of Guy Harris and Lillie Mae Parks. Edna was a member of McDonald Baptist Church for over 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Lee Davis; son, Glenn Davis; two sisters, Betty Snelgrove and Winnie Cowles; and two brothers, Jack Harris and J.H. Harris.

Edna is survived by her son, Vernon Keith Davis of Orange; three grandchildren, Laynette May Davis, Haley Marie Davis and Robin Nicole Davis; two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marge Davis; seven nephews; and one niece.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Alex Tucker, Jack Ulery, Ralph Hogan, Mark Roy, Bill Alcorn and Joel Robinson.
