Finis David Bean

Finis David Bean, 83, was born March 20, 1930 in Votaw, TX to Hudson and Carrie Musgrove Bean and passed away October 5, 2013 in Beaumont, TX. Mr. Bean was a long term resident of Beaumont and self-employed as a barber and owner of Headmaster’s Barber Shop for many years.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Monday, October 7, 2013 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 8 at Ridgewood Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Votaw Cemetery at 4:15 PM.

Mr. Bean is survived by his wife, Johnnie Elliott Bean; his son, John David Bean and wife, Judy; grandchildren, Kenneth David Bean (Christy), John Matthew Bean (Marilyn) and Kimberly Dale Wilson (Eric); his great-grandchildren, Natalie, Eli and Cooper Bean and Lauren Wilson and his sister, Alice Blankenship. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and four sisters.
