So sorry to read of my old childhood friends passing. Way too early. I have very fond memories of (Goo). We were childhood friends and played together often. God bless.

Hey Goo! I can remember that coming from Andy, Big Mike, and others so many times. LaTaine I was unable to make it today for the memorial and it really tares me up that I didn't. Goo has always held a special place in my heart. When I think back to the seventies when we were all running around together, all of my memories of Goo are funny. He was a very good man and I am sure you and your daughters will miss him dearly. LB (Billy Kemp)

My Uncle Goo was such an important person in my life. He was much more to me than an uncle. Goo was always there for all my school functions, as he always stood by me, never passing judgement on my poor decisions but rather redirected me to staying on a good path and make good choices. He was always so kind and loving to all of his family and friends. Thru him I learned about working hard to provide for my family, as he worked so hard to provide the best that he could for his. Too was such an inspiration to so many, especially to his nephew (me). I will forever miss him along with his humor. Goo is now in heaven with his parents (my grandparents) where there is no pain or cancer. For that i will rejoice. I love you Goo
