Frances Young, 62, of Orange, died, Thursday, August 16, 2007, at Harbor Hospital in Orange.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2007, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Bob Simmons of Maranatha Christian Center.

Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 5:00-9:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Young was born January 1, 1945, in Orange to Henry W. Prejean and Jennie C. Tanoos Prejean.

Mrs. Young was a lifelong resident of Orange, where she was self employed as a cosmetologist. She enjoyed painting, photography and especially cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Young; daughter, Christina Young; son, Joseph Young; both of

Orange; brother, Hank W. Prejean and wife Trudy of Richwood; sisters, Merle Lynn Woolley of Houston and Cecile Bland and husband Bob of Lake Charles, LA.

Serving as pallbearers will be Danny Dartez, Dale Collins, Marlin Bland, Ross Hunter Bland and Earl Johnson.
