Fred Joseph "Jody" Fusilier, III, 45, of Orange, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at his home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange with Mr. Jamie Tyler officiating. Burial will follow at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.

Born in Orange, Texas on October 1, 1964, he was the son of Fred Joseph Butch Fusilier and Patsy Jo Tyler Fusilier. Jody worked in the maintenance department at Orangefield ISD.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and one niece.

Jody is survived by his wife of 11 years, Dixie Fusilier; step-mother, Debbie Fusilier; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Michael Coody of Mauriceville; brother and sister-in-law, Bryan and Patsy Fusilier of Mauriceville; sister, Kim Fusilier of Beaumont; step-sister, Adina Pratt; step-brother, Micah Shirley and his wife Truly; four nieces; and seven nephews.
