Helen Louise Rutherford

Helen Louise Rutherford, 78, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on March 15, 2026, in Beaumont, Texas

She was born on October 10, 1947, in Beaumont, Texas, she was the daughter of Warren Neil Hazlip and Lucille (Durrett) Hazlip. Helen was a proud graduate of Beaumont High School. After finishing school, she dedicated her career to working as the Secretary of Treasure at Gulf Coast Business Forms, where she worked from high school until her retirement. Helen had a passion for dancing and was excellent at it. Helen’s life was marked by her devotion to her family and her kind heart. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Lucille Hazlip, and her brother, Roger Hazlip.

Helen is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Earl Rutherford, and their daughter, Pam Johnson. Helen also leaves behind one grandchild, her sisters Mary Matthews and Lynne Hazlip, along with many other loving family and friends.
