Helen Fancher Robinson

Helen Fancher Robinson, 75, of Orange, died Saturday, February 5, 2011, in Hemphill.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. A Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, at Hardin Chapel Cemetery in Hardin.

Visitation will be from 5:00- 8:00 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home in Orange.

Born in Orange, Texas on December 20, 1935, Helen was the daughter of Lloyd and Fern Peet Ellis. She was a bus driver and worked in the print shop at Little Cypress ISD.

Preceded in death by her husbands, L.G. Fancher and James Robinson, Helen is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Phil and Terri Fancher of Kirbyville; daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and James Manasco of Hemphill; step-daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Sambo Cole of Hardin; step-son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Grace Robinson of Baytown; and step-daughter, Janell Murray of Baytown.

She is also survived by her sisters, Fay Williams of Little Cypress, Doris Green of Hemphill, and Ginger Ellis of Orange; brother, James McGill of Orange; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Eldon Williams, Desmond Williams, Pinky Williams, Randy Harris, Dale Fancher and Bo Cole. Honorary Pallbearers will be family and friends.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Mary Lakey, Joy Wheeler, Wanda Latham and Odyssey Hospice of Jasper.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to family of Helen. She was a rare jewel, and so loved. Helen was an Angel that came into the life of my cousin James, and brought such joy..Thank you for having a precious Mother.. May she fly with the Angels..##imported-begin##JoAnn Stuart##imported-end##
