Heriberto Big Daddy Guzman

The Lord made our father an instrument of His peace and love. We are born to His eternal life. A celebration of life for Heriberto "Big Daddy" Guzman, 71, of Orange, TX will be held Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Christo Rey Catholic Church in Beaumont. Interment will follow at Claybar Haven of Rest Cemetery. A gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. The rosary will be at 7:00 p.m.

He was the owner and operator of Guzman Trucking since 1978

Mr. Guzman was born April 13, 1938 in San Ignacio, TX to Jose and Margarita Guzman and passed away on November 11, 2009 in Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Rosa Marina Guzman; children, Graciela Saenz and Jose, Tony Guzman and Paula, Bobby Guzman and Jan, Reyna Garcia and Daniel, Maricela Naime and Bassam, Aracely Guzman and Joel, and Aaron Guzman and Octavia; sixteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Maria De La Luz Nava; and brother, Jose Guzman, Jr.
