Ignacia Cervantez

Ignacia Cervantez, 54, of Beaumont, passed away on November 5, 2019, at home.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, with a Rosary being recited at 6:00 p.m., at Claybar Kelly Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 11, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church in Beaumont.

Born in Veracruz, Mexico, on February 1, 1965, she was the daughter of Juan Torres and Bernadina Hernandez. Ignacia was a homemaker who loved to cook. In her spare time, she enjoyed singing and dancing. Ignacia loved her daughters, grandchildren, and family very much. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was survived by the father of her children, Raul Cervantez; daughters, Jessica Cervantez, Elizabeth Cervantez, and Brenda Cervantez; grandchildren, Valeria Cervantez, Manuel Lazaro, Mayte Lazaro, Miguel Sanchez, Jr., Mateo Sanchez, and Ariana Martinez; brother, Fidel Torres; sister, Marcela Torres; sister-in-law, Tomasa Torres; son -in-laws, Miguel A. Sanchez and Joel Martinez.
