James Richard Buckhannan - Labrie-Claybar

James Richard Buckhannan, 74, of Beaumont, passed away June 8, 2011 at Jefferson Nursing & Rehabilitation. He was born August 8, 1936 in Kansas but spent most of his life in the Southeast Texas area.

James is survived by his wife, Marjorie Buckhannan; daughters, Sheri Pierce of Neeley, Mississippi, Jo Aline Taber of Longview, TX, Patsy Blanchette of Beaumont, TX, Mickey Crutchfield of Spring, TX, Colleen Farrow of Vidor, TX; sons, James Buckhannan, Jr. of Houston, TX, John Buckhannan of Corsicana, TX; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; brother, John Lee Buckhannan; and sister, Joan Coffin.

A celebration of James? life will be held Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
