James B. Staggs, 52, of Vidor, died Wednesday, August 22, 2012.

Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Barry Bradley of First Baptist Church in Orange.

Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 p.m., prior to the service on Saturday.

Born in Muncie, Indiana, on January 20, 1960, James was the son of James D. Staggs and Patricia E. Dove Staggs.

James is survived by his parents, James and Patricia Staggs of Vidor; daughters, Nichole Revia and husband Chad of Hampshire, Jamie Thomas and husband Michael of Orange; son, Denton Staggs of Orange; grandchildren, Peyton Revia, Dawsen Revia, Camryn Revia, and Brantlee Thomas; sister, Terri Lee of Vidor; and nephew, Brandon Lee of Vidor.
