Jan Wisnoski, 61, of Kountze and formerly of Bevil Oaks, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. Officiating will be Reverend Steve Meadows of Westside Baptist Church in Crockett. Burial will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home in Beaumont.
Born in Port Arthur on October 25, 1954 she was the daughter of Robert and Fredda (Morgan) Nation. She worked as a substitute teacher and enjoyed volunteering at Roy Guess Elementary. She was also very active at First Baptist Church of Bevil Oaks where she was a member.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Allan Wisnoski and her sister, Virginia Lynn Blount.
She is survived by her daughters; Amy Davidson and husband, Ryan, Ashley Wisnoski and Katy Wisnoski; 4 grandchildren, Keith, Trystan, Audrey and Jude Davidson, and brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Madeline Nation, Robert and Gloria Nation and John and Lisa Nation.
Serving as pallbearers will be Bryan Wisnoski, Daniel Caldwell, Shane Gillam, James Huff, Brett McDowell and Brock McDowell.
