J. D. (Jay) Koch III went to meet his Heavenly Lord and Savior on December 23, 2022. He was at his earthly home with all his family.

Memorial services will be 11:00AM, Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.

Visitation will be 10:00am, Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.

Jay retired from DuPont in Orange, Texas after 39 years – before DuPont he delivered flowers for Koch Flower Shop and worked at various service stations. He was not one to be idle he always had a project going.

Preceded by parents, J.D. Koch, Jr. & Barbara Maxine Koch

Survived by wife of 66 years Jo Ann Koch, sons Larry & wife Barbara and Craig, 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
