Jayson Allen Roberts, 25, died October 27, 2008, in Orangefield, TX. Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 31, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Orangefield with the Rev. Forrest Wood and Rev. Ed Rawls officiating. A graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at the Weeks Chapel Cemetery in Newton County. Visitation will be Thursday, October 30, 2008, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Orangefield.

Jayson was born on July 23, 1983, in Port Arthur to George and Jackie Martin Roberts. He worked as a paint and body technician and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Orangefield. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbert Roberts. He is survived by his parents, George and Jackie Roberts of Orangefield; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Betty Martin of Orangefield, and paternal grandmother, Oleta Roberts of Orange; and his brother, Justin Roberts of Orangefield.

He is also survived by his special aunt and uncle, Camilla and Tippy Barrett of Pineville, LA. and uncles; Mike Roberts, George Martin and John Martin and aunts; Glenda Mc Curry and Tammy Tubbleville.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Harbour, Greg Williams, Eric Procell, Paul Landry, Adam Tubbleville, Shawn Daigle, Josh McBride and Wesley LeBlanc.
