Johanna Martha Hayes, 69, of Beaumont, passed away on January 23, 2018, in Beaumont.

Funeral services will be 10:30am, Saturday, January 27, 2018, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Beaumont.

Visitation will be from 5:00pm-8:00pm, with the rosary recited at 5:30pm on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins, Beaumont.

Born in Beaumont, Texas, on January 29, 1948, she was the daughter of Anthony Joseph Fasulo, Sr. and Mary Arnel (Lethey) Fasulo. Johanna attended French High School and graduated from Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in 1969 with a RN degree. She loved her family and was a very nurturing person. She immensely enjoyed entertaining family and friends. She loved to go fishing and to watch Nascar.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Howard Robert Hayes; children, Steven Michael Hayes and wife, Kristina and Carol Marie Gutierrez and husband, Henry; grandchildren, Daniel Hayes, Shelby Hayes, Gage Hayes, and Emma Meeks; sisters, Francis Shelton and Rose Mary Fryar; and her brother, Anthony Fasulo, Jr.
