Johnnie has been our source for smiles and lawn advice since we moved back to Beaumont. We cheered together when something worked and we fussed together when Wipe Out was taken off the market. Johnnie always told it like it was. She knew her people and she was interested in our lives. I appreciated that she wasn't hesitant to speak out when something was wrong. Her sense of humor was huge and her laughter was infectious. We will miss her. M&D will miss her. Beaumont and Jefferson County will miss her. My love and prayers for her family. Jim and Ruth Aubey

Mrs. Johnnie you will be sorely missed. I know Kevin loved to make trips up here just to talk to you and for you to share your expertise. He swore by everything you advised him on. I loved your wonderful greetings and you were always so wonderful to stop and talk to me whenever I got to go past L&G. You were a fixture in that department. I know your wisdom and experience schooled many a new employee!! You were one tough lady and lord knows you had enough thrown your way, yet you would never know what you were going thru because of that tough but sweet demeanor of yours. We will forever miss you!! Diana and Kevin
