Juanita Young, 78, of Orange, died Thursday, December 20, 2007 in Beaumont.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2007, at Cove Baptist Church in Orange, with Reverend Jeff Bell, pastor, officiating.

A graveside service will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 23, 2007, at Jena Cemetery in Jena, Louisiana.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born September 2, 1929, in Urania, Louisiana, she was the daughter of D.C. and Mae Martin Campbell.

Mrs. Young worked as a unit secretary at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. She was a 50 year member of Cove Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher.

Preceded in death by her parents, D.C. Campbell

and Mae Campbell Bigner; and husband, Henry Ray Young, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Vickie and Larry Ladner of Bridge City; son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Cindy Young of Houston; brother, Larry Campbell of Jena; granddaughter, Layna Ladner Broussard and her husband, Kirk; and two step great grandsons.
