Judith Woodard

Judy Woodard, 68, of Orange, died, Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at Harbor Hospice Hospital in Orange.

Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 26, 2007 at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Don Sheffield, former Pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Orange. Burial will follow at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park.

Visitations will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, 2007 and 6-9 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2007 at Claybar Funeral Home.

Judy was born July 29, 1938, in Des Moines, Iowa to B.W. and Lois Hunt. She was a homemaker and a life long resident of Orange, who loved to do crafts, go to garage sales, and swap shopping. She also loved to crochet, and go out to dinner.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her granddaughter, Felicia Woodard.

Judy is survived by her husband, J.E. Woodard; her sons and daughters-in-law; Jack and Johnny Woodard, and Terry and Janis Woodard both of Orange; her daughters and sons-in-law; Bernadine and Mike McQueen; and Phylis and Weldon Chance also of Orange. She is also survived by six grandchildren and a brother, Robert Hunt of Lufkin.

I will always remember Ms. Judy's giggle and how she loved to share pictures of her crafts and times she shared with her family. She was very much in love with Bro. J.E. and wow, what a lady!
