Julia McLeaish Fazio

Julia McLeaish Fazio was born in Beaumont, TX on January 18, 1923 to Thomas and Vivian McFarland McLeaish. Julia passed away at Harbor Hospice on January 28, 2011.

A mass to celebrate her life will take place on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jude Thaddeus Church in Beaumont, TX with the Reverend John Hughes officiating. A gathering of friends and family will take place at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home on Saturday beginning at 5:30 p.m. with a rosary beginning at 7:30 p.m. officiated by the Reverend Khue Bui.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Vic Fazio; parents; brothers, Louis and Tom McLeaish, and sister, Lucille McLeaish.

She is survived by her daughters, Denise Mott and Chris Huff and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Danny Mott and wife, Shanna, Julie Shook and husband, Lyndon, Sam Huff and wife, Sarah, and Tyler Huff; great-grandchildren, Ellie Huff and Nathan Mott; brother, Donald McLeaish and wife, Linda, and sisters-in law, Antoinette Farnie and Katie Fazio.

The family would like to express their love and thankfulness to the Harbor Hospice staff for the care they gave their mother and a special thank you to Rose, LaKisha, Lorrette, Claire and Pat.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson's Association, 1501 N.W. 9th Ave/Bob Hope Road, Miami, FL 33136-1494.
