Katherine Lois Ezell Perry, 83, of Orange, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2008.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday the 16th, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Reverend J.B. Prouse of Wesley United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will follow at Ida Wilson Cemetery in Orange.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Lois was born December 25, 1924, in Orange to Hugh Preston Malone and Ella Peet Malone.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Ella Malone; grandson, Jerry Wade Foreman, husband of 56 years, J. B. Ezell and brothers, Preston and Vernon Malone.
She is survived by her husband, Alfred Perry, daughters, Hazel Ezell Bell of Beaumont, Dayle Ezell Foreman of Bridge City and son, Reggie Ezell and wife Lorrie of Orange; grandchildren, Wayne Revia, Lisa Lloyd, Laurie Manning, Terri Foreman Childs, Rabon Ezell and John Cheek; brother, Roy Malone and wife Jean and sister, Emily Malone Duncan and husband Bobby.
Serving as pallbearers will be Zack Corbello, Taylor Ezell, Rabon Ezell, Troy Malone, Wayne Revia and John Cheek. Honorary pallbearer will be Sam Khoury.
Memorial contributions may be made to Little Cypress Baptist Church Building Fund or Shriners Burns Hospital in Galveston, 815 Market St., Galveston, Texas 77550.
