Kriste Sue Cook, 66, of Beaumont was born June 8, 1951 in Beaumont and passed away July 17, 2017 in Houston, Texas. A service celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Westgate Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 10-12:00 pm at the funeral home.
A member of Westgate Church of Christ, Mrs. Cook had work for many years as a long-distance operator with SW Bell.
She is survived by her husband, Earnest Cook, daughter, Annette LaFree Ray and her husband, Chuck; sons, Landon Cook and his wife, Sheri, Lee Cook and his wife, Jill; her grandchildren, Natasha Sims and her husband, Michael, Stephen Knight, Ashley Miller and her husband, Troy, Courtney Harvey, Desiree Knight, Amber Cook, Justin Cook, Tyler Cook and his wife, Allison, Austin Cook, Caylen Costa, Richard Harvey, Brittany Knight and Emily Ross.
She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Taylor Morgan and her husband, David, Matthew Sims, Austin Roberts, Charlotte and Amelia Miller, Jayce Cook, Christian Costa, Kennedy Steele & Sophie Cook; great-great grandchildren, Brandon and Dean; her sister, Terry Jane Miles and niece, Marianne Wiggins.
