Funeral services for Larry Martin, 67, of Beaumont will be held on November 23, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive guest between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.

Mr. Martin was born April 15, 1940 in Salem, IN to Bernard and Cletus Martin and passed away on November 9, 2007 in Beaumont.

He was a ?bingoholic? and will be missed by his many bingo friends. While living in California, he was a tow truck operator and was nicknamed Lincoln.

He leaves behind seven children, many of whom are serving our country in the military; son, Larry Glenn Martin and wife Cheryl of Grant Pass, OR, son, Larry Dean Martin and wife Lori of Germany, daughter, Sherry Lynn Holden and fiancée Felix of Beaumont, TX, daughter Kathy Villarreal and husband Samuel of Beaumont, TX, son, Robert Martin and wife Yvonne of Fort Jackson, SC, son, Ralph Martin and fiancée Stacey of HI, and daughter, Jean Copps and husband Matt of Oklahoma City, OK; seventeen grandchildren, and brother Ronnie Martin and wife Lou of OK. The family extends a special thanks to Mr. Martin?s good friend, Bill, who was such a help by driving their dad wherever he needed to go.
