Larry was one of the kindest men I know. He lived like a Christian in everything he did. He had a heart the size of Texas and gave back in so many ways. Save us all a seat but first enjoy the ride on Harley Heaven Highway. Praying for Mary and family.

Larry and Mary made every Toy Run at Buckner Children’s Village special for hundreds of children over the years! The kids always say it was one of their very best memories when they lived at Buckner. Larry always gave the first and last motorcycle ride of the day and he loved to do it. He was always a strong gentle presence with the kids and they loved him. I can’t tell you how much we will miss him. I was so honored to know him and count him as one of the very special friends of Buckner. Larry I hope as you ride up to the pearly gates with that beautiful smile on your face I know your many motorcycle riding friends including Dwayne will be welcoming you with big cheer! I honor you for a life well lived sweet servant of Christ!!! Laura May, Director Buckner Children and Family Services

It met Larry a little over 5 years ago at the Hardin County Christian Care Center. We worked together in the stocking room every Wednesday and became good friends. Larry and I shared many mutual interests, and he was one of the kindest Christian gentlemen I know. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. I know God has a new helper, now. God bless you and your family
