Lisa Waters Dalton, 62, of Beaumont, TX passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023 in Beaumont.

Funeral services for Lisa will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Sabine Tabernacle in Beaumont with Reverend Jimmy Boykin officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont.

Lisa was born in Beaumont, TX on August 12, 1960, to James P. and Burnell (Whittenberg) Waters. She loved her church family at Sabine Tabernacle and worked as a purchasing manager for Sage Automation in Beaumont. Lisa loved dogs, cooking and swimming, and creating beautiful pieces of stained glass. When people met Lisa they immediately recognized that she had a kind, caring heart and a helpful nature. She loved her family and friends greatly and they loved her. She will be truly missed.

Lisa is preceded in death by her parents, James P. and Burnell Waters, and her brother and sister-in-law, Jon and Sharon Waters.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Dalton; her son, James Phillip Dalton; her brother and sister-in-law, David and Carol Waters; her nieces and nephew, Robbie Robichau, Paula Waters, Renee Conn, and Daniel Waters; and her great nieces and nephews, Alex, Cade, Kendall, Addie, Luke, and Kerielle.

First, she was an awesome person. She would always pick you up with just talking or praying and just being a super friend, anyone would want. One great thing is she loved my dad and his jokes, they are probably laughing and having a blast right now as they look down on us and say "don't cry be happy because we are in a better place"!
