Lucille McClusky, 89 was born May 21, 1922 in Pelahatchee, MS, to Claude and Neva Harrell and passed away June 2, 2011 in Beaumont, TX.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 6 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church, Sour Lake with visitation starting at 9:00 AM prior to the service. Interment will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery. Officiants will be Pastor Ken Ellzey, Reverend Bill Fabriguze and Doctor Duane Kelley.

Prior to her marriage to A. P. McClusky, she was employed as a telephone operator.

Lucille is survived by her daughter, Sherry Barger and husband, Rodney of Jasper, her son, Michael McClusky and wife, Dianne, of Sour Lake; grandson Chris McClusky; granddaughter, Sarah Buser and husband, Shawn; and great-grandson, Slade Buser. She is also survived by her sisters, Ola Mae Jarmon, Eloise Harrell; brother, Lester Harrell and wife, Corinne; sister-in-law, Vivian Billings and husband, Doug; numerous nieces and nephews; a host of friends; neighbors and church family. Mrs. McClusky was preceded in death by her husband, A. P. McClusky, parents and brothers, Claude, Earl and Horace Harrell.
