Marcia "Mickey" Vincent, 72, of Bridge City, died Monday, October 27, 2008 in Houston .

A service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 1, 2008 at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City . Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens .

Visitation will be held Friday, October 31, 2008 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home. A Rosary will be recited at 6:30 PM, also at the funeral home.

Mickey was born December 12, 1935 in Buffalo , NY to Walter and Charlotte Ripsi Rooney. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, in Bridge City , and spent her time taking care of her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Basil Vincent and her daughter, Shirley Vincent.

Mickey is survived by her children, Gary Lynn Vincent and wife, Candy Bernus of Milam, Larry Wayne Vincent and wife, Glenda, Tammy David and husband, Mitchel, and Richard Allen Vincent, all of Bridge City; brothers, Walter and John E. Rooney, sisters, Joan Hakanson, Charlotte Hale, and Barbara Raub; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
