Margaret D. Baker - Labrie-Claybar

Margaret D. Baker, 89, was born July 2, 1923 to Raymond and Mary Brown Liskey and passed away in

Columbia, TN on August 23, 2012. Margaret was a long time resident of Beaumont, TX prior relocating to Mt. Pleasant, TN.

A gathering of friends and family will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday, August 27 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. Funeral service, with Reverend Brenda Warren officiating, will take place at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 28 at the funeral home with interment immediately following at Haven of Rest Cemetery on Hwy 90 West.

Mrs. Baker is survived by her daughter, Janet Perkolup and husband, Peter of Mt. Pleasant, TN; 2 grandchildren, Marnet Shiffler and Leslie Brasseal and 3 great-grandchildren, Justin Greer, Alex Ellsworth and Haley Brasseal. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Watts and husband, Gerald Baker, her parents and her sister, Patricia A. Lampkin.

She was such a super neighbor and friend, always there when she was needed and most of the time without even being asked.
