Martha Louise Modlin, 91, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2012 in Beaumont, Texas. She was born in Houston, Texas on July 26, 1920 to John and Theresa Covney Malestky. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Modlin; her son, Mason Randel Weaver, Jr.; and her grandsons, Chris and Clint Weaver.

She is survived by her great-grandson, Mason Randel Weaver III; her grand-daughter, Christie Weaver; step great-grandson, Ryan Thibodeaux; and nephew, Wayne Cox.

The family would like to thank the loving staff of Lucas House and Odyssey Hospice in Beaumont, Texas.

A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, Texas at 10:30 a.m. on August 9, 2012.
