Martha Lou Hill - Labrie-Claybar

Martha Lou Hill, 69, of Bridge City, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2010, in Woodville.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 11, 2010, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Bridge City. Cremation will follow under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest Crematory in Bridge City.

Family will begin receiving friends at 1:00 pm. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Born in New Albany, Mississippi on August 2, 1941, Martha was the daughter of Grover Cleveland Elder and Opal Irene Lee Elder. She worked as a healthcare provider.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Cameron Hastings, Guy Ellis Hastings and Gary Keith Hastings; granddaughter, Casey Dawn Hastings; and great-grandson, Gavin.

Martha is survived by her five grandchildren, Ashley Mejia, Koby, Monica, Guy and Cameron Hastings; eight great-grandchildren, Ashlyn Hastings, Natalie Mejia, Cayden, Christian, Brianna, Riley, Alexia and Jayden Hastings; and three sisters, Mary Allensworth, Sarah Harris and Tanna Welch.

Martha was my baby sister, she was always taking care of us and everyone else. she was so loved .God knew I wouldn't have been able to come to Texas so he let her and Gary come to Ms., for a short time that we could be together, Im so thankful that we ha##imported-begin##sarah ann harris##imported-end##
